Your initial password for the new myUSI website will be your original six digit PIN number.

If you don’t know it, you will need to sign into the current myUSI website (www.usieagles.org) and find it before the transition to the new myUSI come Summer I, 2009.

Notes on Playing the Xvid encoded screencast files:

  •  Windows: You will need the Xvid codec for Window Media Player. You can grab a copy from our Tools page.
  • Mac (OS X 10.4.7 or later): You will need the Perian Quicktime Component.
  • If you have problems playing the videos, try right clicking and saving them to your desktop before playing.

The myUSI support team is experimenting with using screencasts to better support our users.

You can right click on the image below and save the video file to your desktop and it should play with most media players available in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

If you have the Quicktime plugin, it should play in your browser.
