If you forwarded your mail to another email account, you can remove the forward in order to have your mail delivered locally. Just follow these steps:
- Login to myUSI or sign in through the myUSI Start page
- Open the myUSI Mail application by clicking on the myUSI Mail icon.
- Click on the Options button.
- Expand the Mail option by clicking the triangle to the right.
- Under Mail, expand the Local account option by clicking the triangle to the right.
- Under Local Account, click the Forwarding option.
- Clear the address in the Forward To: field
- Uncheck the Enable automatic forwarding check box
- Click the Save Preference button at the bottom of the page.
After about 16 minutes, your mail should now only show up in myUSI. After 16 minutes, send yourself a test message to confirm that your email is only showing up in your myUSI mail acccount.
