What browser settings are required to access the services related to myUSI?

  • You must have cookies enabled (or at least per-session-cookies).
  • You must have JavaScript enabled.
  • You have to have pop-up blocking disabled for my.usi.edu and, if you are using the myUSI Start page, for www.usi.edu
  • You probably want to “allow,” “white list,” or “safe list” my.usi.edu, mail.usi.edu, and sctssb.usi.edu in your (or your employer’s) firewall and/or web proxy.
