Some users have received an “Error: Could not get markup. The cookie or session is invalid or there is a runtime exception” message in their Dashboard channel when logging into the my.usi.edu portal.

To resolve the issue, click on another tab along the top of the portal, the Workspace tab for example, and then click back to your original tab.

The issue should now be resolved.
