Indiana Conflicts of Interest law

Under the Indiana “conflicts of interest” law, University employees are required to file disclosure statements stating any financial interest which the individual may have in any University contract or purchase. The responsibility for filing disclosure statements rests on the person with the potential conflict of interest. Copies of the Conflicts of Interest: Compliance Disclosure Requirements and the disclosure statements are available in the office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration and may also be downloaded from here: Indiana Conflicts of Interest Compliance Disclosure Requirements (pdf file). If you have any questions concerning conflict of interest and the statutory requirements, contact Mr. Mark Rozewski, Vice President for Finance and Administration at extension 1849.
